The prostate
The prostate is a gland situated immediately under the urinary bladder at men, surrounding the first centimeters of the urethra. The prostate is one of the seminal glands, secreting the seminal plasma, which gives birth to the seaman. The problems that may occur are the growth, inflammation and the prostate cancer.
The growth of the prostate
Normally the prostate is the size of a nut. It begins to grow, in most men around the age of 50. The non inflamed and non cancerous form of prostate growth, called benign hypertrophy does not require treatment if the symptoms do not appear. But if the prostate grows and blocks the urinary flow by pressing the urethra walls it leads to a permanent need to pea, small quantities of urine.
The protection of the increased prostate:
In case of an increased prostate avoid the following risk factors:
jumping with a full bladder;
postponing the urination when the bladder is full;
unprotected sexual contact, outside serious relations;
smoking;
constipation.
