- Flowers and leaves of nettle (Flores lamii albi); infusion from a tea spoon of flowers or aerial parts of the plant for one cup of boiling water, three cups a day.

- Basil (Herba basilici) 30 grams, Chamomile flowers (Flores chamomillae) 30 grams, Comfrey root (Radix symphyti) 30 grams, Marigold flowers (Flores Calendulae) 40 grams, Flowers of dead white nettle (Flores lamii albi) 20 grams; decoction of the plant mix, three spoons for one liter of water for local external use, a warm local bath and small enemas.

- Dried granulated pollen; 30 grams a day on an empty stomach after which honey water should be drunk for a month. The treatment should be followed at the eve of every new season, meaning four times a year.


- Comfrey (Symphytum officinale) 20 grams, Bear berry (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi) 30 grams, Hearts ease (Violae tricoloris herba) 20 grams, Pine sprouts (Turiones pini) 20 grams, Dead nettle (Lamii albi herba) 20 grams; a tea spoon of the plant mix for ¼ liters of boiling water, in a ten minute infusion. Three cups a day sweetened with honey.

- Prickle (Xanthii herba); infusion from a tea spoon for one cup of boiling water, two cups a day for half a year and then one cup a day.

- Lemon (Citrus limon), Carrot (Daucus carota), Beetroot (Beta), Spinach (Spinacia oleracea) Cucumbers (Cucumis sativus); are blended through a mixer or chopping machine, then drained and the obtained juice, or composition – according to taste – should be drunk or eaten three times a day a cup before meals. The juice must be fresh.

- Horsetail (Equisetum arvense) 20 grams, Marigold (Calendulae officinalis) 20 grams, Sage (Salviae) 20 grams, Yarrow (Achillea mellifolium) 30 grams, Wine leaves 10 grams; a tea spoon of the plant mix for a quarter liter of boiling water in a ten minute infusion. Three cups a day sweetened with honey;

- Propolis; for a month five grams a day must be eaten;

- Propolis tincture; 30 drops three times a day in 100 milliliters of water
