- Fir (pinus); take three teaspoons of fir syrup, three times per day, on an empty stomach, for two months. Fir syrup is prepared only from fresh and crushed fir needles, fill three-thirds of a jar with the crushed fir needles and then pour plyflora honey to fill the jar. Close the jar and leave to macerate for two or three weeks, then filter the syrup. The syrup can be prepared from fig buds, picked in spring, but it is preferred that the needles are picked in January, when the fig is full of volatile oils, which confers better effects.
