- Fenugreek seeds (trigonela foenum graecum); infusion from a teaspoons of seeds powder into a cup of boiling water, leave quarter-hour to infuse, strain it and sweeten with honey, drink while warm.

Decoction from a teaspoon of crushed seeds into a cup of cold water, leave six hours to macerate, boil it for three minutes at small fire, strain it and sweeten with honey.

- Kiwi (actinidia chinensis), strawberry (Fragaria moschata), sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides), ribes (Ribes nigrum); drink the juice three times per day, on an empty stomach.

Kiwi and strawberry juice is obtained through 100 grams of each fruit, wash the strawberries and peal the kiwi, mix or chop them up, do not strain, drink three times per day.


Sea buckthorn juice is obtained through crushing of fruits using the mixer of chopper; pour a teaspoon only, into a cup of water.

Ribes juice is obtained through crushing of fruits with a fork until it homogenizes, strain it and pour six teaspoon into a cup of water.

- Cucumber (Cucumis sativus), celery (Apium graveolens), figs (Ficus carica), carrot (dacus carota), apples (Malus domestica), red beet (Beta), spinach (Spinacia oleracea); mix or chop them up, strain and drink a cup of the obtained juice three times per day, half-hour before main meals.

- Horseradish (Armoracia rusticana), honey; decoction from fresh roots, leaves and horseradish, 50 grams into a covered cup of water, boil for five minutes, cool it and then strain, add 100 grams honey and mix until it fully homogenizes. Take three teaspoons per day, after main meals, two weeks per month, for three months.
