FIGHTING DANDRUFF, SEBORRHOEA AND HAIR TONIFYING

Seborrhoea is a disease resulting from the exaggerated functioning of the sebaceous glands of the skin. Small witish crusts, called dandruff are formed on the skinhead. For some, this may cause hair loss. Washings, frictions and baths are indicated.

Treatments:

- chamomile (Flores Chamomillae); infusion from 100 grams chamomile into a liter of water, frictions, they tonify the hair ad confer it blonde reflections.

- common sage (Salvia Officinalis), St. John’s wort (Hipericum Perforatum) and rosemary (Rosmarinum Officinalis); equal mixture, leave it to macerate into apple cider vinegar for 4 hours, strain it then and mix it with water, use it to rinse the hair after washing.


- apple cider vinegar; massage the areas where hair falls, six times per day.

- nettle leaves and root (urticae herba); infusion from 60 grams per liter, take head bath.

- nettle (urticae herba), silver birch (Betula pendula), common oak, (Quercus robur), walnut leaves (folia muglandis), common centaury (Centaurium erythraea), burdock (arctium lappa), common hop (Humulus lupulus) and common sage (salviae); infusion from a teaspoon of mixture into a cup, drink three cups of tea per day.

- beer yeast; take a teaspoon before each meal.

- burdock (arctium lappa); decoction from three bucked roots into half- liter water, boil it for 3 minutes, weekly frictions.

30 grams of plant, leave it to macerate into 100 milliliters alcohol for three weeks. After applying the lotion, rub thoroughly with a towel; against hair loss, also stimulates its growth, also used against skin itches and dandruff.

- birch leaf (betulae folium) 50 grams, nettle (urticae herba) 50 grams, burdock (arctium lappa) 50 grams, mixture that forms a lotion, decoction from two teaspoons of plants into half- liter water. Boil it for ten minutes, cool and strain it. Rub the head for half an hour using this lotion and a towel, twice a week.
