- Yellow archangel (Lamium galeobdolon); infusion from one teaspoon into a cup of boiling water, drink three cups per day.
- Dill (Anethum graveolens); dill tincture is prepared from five teaspoons of dried plant powder or seeds, crushed using an electrical coffee mill, into one hundred milliliters alcohol (50 degrees). Take one teaspoon of tincture with a bit of water, three times per day, on an empty stomach, for three or four weeks.
Keep, not a very full teaspoon of dill powder under the tongue for about ten minutes, three times per day, then swallow it with a bit of water, for about three or four weeks. Dill regulates the menses.
- Dill (Anethum graveolens), Lady’s mantle (alchemilla vulgaris), shepherd’s purse (Capsella bursa pastoris); equal parts of plants, pour alcohol (60 degrees) so that it covers the plants, leave it to macerate for two weeks, shake it daily; strain it afterwards. Drink a teaspoon from this tincture diluted in water, three times per day on an empty stomach.
The treatment lasts three months.
- Marigold flower (Flores Calendulae); infusion from two teaspoons into a cup of water per day, sooths the pain and calms the menses.
The tincture is prepared from one hundred milliliters alcohol with 30 grams of marigold flower; leave it for eight days to macerate. Pour 30 drops in a bit of water and drink it three times per day.
- Sage leaf (Folium Salviae); infusion from one teaspoon of leaves into a cup of boiling water, drink three cups per day.
- Silverweed herb (herba anserinae); infusion or decoction from one teaspoon of plant in 500 ml water, drink during a day; regulates abundant menses and calms the pains.
- Avens root (radix gei); decoction in a cup of cold water, boil two teaspoons of avens root with no sugar and drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Calms the pains and has a strong antihemorrhagic action.
- Shepherd’s purse (capsella bursa pastoris); infusion from two teaspoons into a cup of boiling water, drink two cups per day.
