Stress reducing teas:
Many teas contain natural substances feeding the central nervous and the endocrine system. They are very effective for the amelioration of the stress symptoms. From all these teas we present: chamomile, licorice, lemon balm, setwall and maypop. The teas can be obtained from the flowers, leafs, shanks, roots and seeds.
Stress reducing minerals and vitamins
During the stressful periods the concentrations of many nutrients decrease suddenly. That is why it is necessary to ad supplements to our nutrition:
- vitamin C 1.000 – 2.000 mg, preferably with flavones content for extended protection;
- vitamin B5 500 mg, vitamin E 200 U.I;
- the B complex, 75 mg from each of the B vitamins;
beta-carotene 25.000 U.I.
